Hello!
I’m Helen and I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist.
I am passionate about helping people to work through their difficulties and move towards a more content and fulfilling life.
I qualified in counselling to degree level in 2013 and am also trained at postgraduate diploma level as a specialist in psychotherapy for ex-boarders (Boarding School Syndrome).
I am an Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling Society and abide by their Code of Ethics, which can be found here.
My style is warm, intuitive and professional.
